Before delivery day, measure your entrance path as carefully as you measure the room itself. Check stair turns, lift dimensions, corridor width, and doorway clearance. This is especially important for sectionals, large headboards, and dining tables with wide tops.
Clear the route inside your home so the team can move safely and place the item without obstacles. Remove loose rugs, side tables, and fragile decor from the path. If assembly is required, decide in advance where that work should happen.
Preparation does not need to be complicated. A short practical checklist can save a lot of time and reduce delivery-day surprises.
